How it is made
Nothing is printed until you order it. Your order goes to the production facility closest to your address, where the piece is printed, checked and packed. That takes 2–5 business days before it ships.
Shipping
Delivery cost and time are calculated at checkout from your address, so you see the real rate rather than a flat guess. Orders leave from facilities in the EU, US, UK, Canada and Australia.
Once a parcel is on its way you get a tracking link by email.
Returns
Every piece is printed for one order, so we do not take back a garment that simply did not suit. What we do replace or refund, always: anything that arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or is not what you ordered.
Tell us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out.
Sizing
Measurements differ between garment types, so each product page carries the size chart for that specific piece. Our tees and hoodies run true to size with a boxy shoulder — if you want it oversized, take one size up.

Write to PLACEHOLDER_hello@fearless.shop and you will hear back within one business day. Include your order number if you have one.
Privacy
We keep your name, address and email for exactly as long as it takes to make and deliver your order, and to answer you afterwards. Your address is passed to our production and shipping partner so the parcel can reach you. It is not sold or shared with anyone else.
If you signed up for drop emails you can leave at any time from the link in any of them.
Terms
Prices include the retail price of the piece; shipping is added at checkout. Taxes and any import duty follow the rules of the destination country.
An order becomes binding once payment has cleared. Until then it sits as a draft and nothing is printed.
